TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account, clicking "I agree," or using the ValuesVibe mobile or web application (the "Service"), you enter into a binding agreement with Doppi, Inc. ("we," "us," or "Company"), a Delaware C-Corporation doing business as "ValuesVibe." If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility
You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.

You have not been convicted of, nor are you required to register for, any sex-related offense.

You are not barred from using the Service under the laws of the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, or your place of residence.

3. Account Registration & Security
Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

One account per individual. We may suspend or delete duplicate or false accounts.

4. Fees & Payments
Per-Date Setup Fee:
- United States: USD $29 per participant
- Canada: CAD $39 per participant  
- United Kingdom: GBP £21 per participant

Fees are charged via Stripe when a date is confirmed.

Promotions: We may, at our sole discretion, waive or refund fees (e.g., first-date free for female users).

Refunds: A fee is refundable only if (a) the other party fails to appear within 30 minutes of the agreed time/place ("Ghosting Refund"), or (b) required by law. All other charges are non-refundable.

Consumer Rights:
- Canada: You have cancellation rights under provincial consumer protection laws
- UK: You have cancellation rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

You authorize us to process payments and, where necessary, updated card information.

5. Matchmaking Process & Disclaimers
Photos remain hidden until after the first in-person meeting. We do not guarantee chemistry, compatibility, or eventual marriage.

We do not conduct background checks. You meet others at your own risk; exercise common sense, meet in public places, and follow our Safety Tips.

6. Community Rules
You agree to:

Treat all users with respect, honoring their religious and cultural norms.

Provide truthful profile information.

Abstain from harassment, hate speech, nudity, or explicit content.

Refrain from soliciting money, goods, or services.

Comply with applicable laws and our separate Community Guidelines.

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

7. License & Intellectual Property
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service. All content, trademarks, and software are owned by the Company or its licensors.

8. Privacy
Your personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy (/privacy). By using the Service, you consent to those practices.

9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms or applicable law. Sections 4, 5, 7, 10-14 survive termination.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Consumer Protection Notice:
- Canada: Nothing in these terms excludes or limits statutory rights under provincial consumer protection legislation
- UK: These terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD $100/CAD $135/GBP £80 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Consumer Protection Notice:
- Canada: Liability limitations are subject to provincial consumer protection laws
- UK: Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other rights that cannot be excluded under UK law

12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governing Law & Jurisdiction:
- US Users: Delaware law governs; disputes resolved by JAMS arbitration in San Francisco, CA or your state of residence
- Canadian Users: Provincial law governs; disputes resolved by courts in your province or by arbitration under provincial rules
- UK Users: English law governs; disputes resolved by courts in England and Wales or alternative dispute resolution

Consumer Protection:
- Canada: You retain rights under provincial consumer protection legislation
- UK: You retain rights to use UK courts and alternative dispute resolution schemes

Arbitration (US Users Only): Any dispute shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Rules. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS.

Online Dispute Resolution (EU/UK Users): You may access the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

14. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted at /terms and emailed to you at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Consumer Protection Notice:
- Canada: Changes to key terms require your express consent under applicable provincial laws
- UK: Material changes affecting your rights will be highlighted and require acknowledgment
